Our Certified Hopper Head Unit combines the technology of our traditional ML Machines with the comfort and practicality of a restaurant head. It has food-grade paint, a stainless steel hopper and food-grade sprockets. Every single piece of steel that is in direct contact is Food Grade 304 Stainless Steel.
It is composed of a food-grade stainless steel hopper where the dough is deposited, which, through the pressure chamber, lowers a curtain of dough that is cut and deposited in a dough ball that leads it to the mesh.
This head is smaller than the normal one, so it saves dough when cleaning.
