NIXTAMALIZATION

The process of cooking corn on water and lime is called nixtamalization. After being cooked, it is washed and milled, becoming nixtamal dough; which is used to make the original Mexican corn tortillas.

We have all the equipment necessary for each step of the process, which is divided into cooking, washing, and milling.
