MLDP Oven

Our innovative MLDP Oven allows you to produce handmade finish corn and flour wheat tortillas, since you can use it with a Roller Head Unit, Hopper Head Unit and the Countertop Press. Was designed by our development team with the intention of making equipment capable of competing industrially in both the corn and wheat tortilla market. It uses a 3 step griddle system, guaranteeing perfect cooking for your tortillas.

Our Certified MLDP Oven has food-grade paint, Teflon-coated griddles and food grade-sprockets. Every single piece of steel that is in direct contact with the dough is Food Grade 304 Stainless Steel.

Our NSF Certified Tortilla Machines are known for their hygienic materials. They comply with North America’s health and safety standards.

• Produces around 700 corn tortillas p/hour or 12 tortillas p/minute or around 1000 flour wheat tortillas p/hour or 17 tortillas p/minute
