The Machete Restaurant Head is engineered for producing thick, uniform corn tortillas in the traditional “machete” style, ideal for authentic Mexican dishes and snacks. Equipped with a stainless steel roller system, it ensures smooth and efficient dough handling, delivering consistent quality in every piece.

This head allows for adjustable tortilla length up to 47 cm, accommodating different machete styles and production requirements. It is an excellent solution for high-demand operations, combining productivity, durability, and low energy consumption.

Its reinforced transmission and 2 HP two-phase motor provide stable, continuous, and reliable operation during extended working hours.
