Thanks to its tilting system, the product is fried evenly, while the precise temperature control allows the process to be adjusted according to the type of food, achieving improved texture, color, and flavor, as well as optimizing oil consumption.
It is ideal for frying wheat dough, golden potatoes, corn churros, peanuts, tortilla chips (totopos), and other similar products, adapting to various production needs.
