This burrito press is an innovative machine that fits on any countertop and operates on 220V power. It is ideal for restaurants and facilities with limited space. The aluminum pressing plate is heated to reach the optimal temperature required to press the dough. After pressing, the pre-cooked tortilla smoothly slides out. All areas in contact with raw dough are manufactured from Food-Grade 304 Stainless Steel.
The Eco Lenin Countertop Certified Press has Teflon-coated griddles and plates, and food grade-sprockets. Every single piece of steel that is in direct contact with the dough is Food Grade 304 Stainless Steel.
